About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategies and drive brand visibility. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our Sales and Sales Engineering teams to expand product awareness, increase web traffic, and craft compelling marketing campaigns. Based in Singapore, this role offers flexibility to work remotely with occasional office visits and participation in industry-leading trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and website optimization, to increase visibility.
- Manage advertising campaigns in industry-specific publications and online platforms.
- Content Development
- Oversee the creation of impactful digital, electronic, print, and video marketing materials.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms while aligning with brand identity.
- Campaign Management
- Design and implement marketing campaigns for product launches and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align strategies with customer needs.
- Market Research
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor, review, and report on marketing performance, optimizing for maximum impact and ROI.
- Trade Shows & Events
- Plan, design, and execute trade show presentations, layouts, and materials to showcase POC’s offerings.
- Budget Management
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve desired results.
- Email Marketing
- Develop professional and engaging email marketing campaigns to connect with clients and prospects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in marketing, with a proven track record in managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Creative Skills: Ability to craft engaging content and design marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in market and customer analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with photonics or optical technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
